By creating an account you agree to use AsasFoundation lawfully and to keep your login details private.

Your subscription runs for the period of the plan you paid for. When it ends, your data is kept safely but the dashboard and POS are locked until you renew.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the products, prices and records you enter. We may update the software and these terms; important changes will be announced on the website or by email.

Your business data (products, stock, sales, customers and staff) belongs to you and is only visible to your business and the people you give access to.

We use your contact details to manage your account and send important notices about your subscription. We do not sell your data.

Payments are processed by OPay, Moniepoint (Monnify) or your bank; we never see or store your card details.

Subscriptions are paid in advance for the chosen period. If you were charged by mistake or paid twice, contact support within 7 days with your invoice number and we will refund or credit the extra payment.

A bank-transfer receipt that cannot be confirmed will not activate an account; contact support and we will help you sort it out.
